Music and your wedding

Music is a very important aspect of your wedding. Music can help to add atmosphere, say something to your partner, but most of all give guests a fantastic night of dancing.
We work closely with you to ensure the perfect music is played to your tastes. To assist with your music selection, we provide our pre-event music request sheets for you and your fiance' to enjoy selecting music in advance. On the night we will encourage your guests to request the songs they would like to hear.

We carry a very diverse music collection to all events from 40s to big-band right the way through to the latest pop and dance music. If, however, we do not have your music, we will get it specifically for your event.

It goes without saying, we use the best equipment available for your event.  Our cutting-edge sound systems give exceptional sound quality, at the right volume.

All our lighting systems are now PC-based, which means we can control the lighting to give the perfect atmosphere.

Professionalism and our Performance
Although great music, service and equipment are crucial to your wedding, professionalism of service providers is essential.

All S-X-S staff will come attired in appropriate clothing, in line with your dress-code, and behave in a discreet, polite and respectful manner to all guests and other service providers.

As for your DJs performance, we believe that this is YOUR day and therefore the DJ should only use the microphone when it will in some way help the party.  No announcing who sang the next song, or constantly talking over music.  We simply play the music you want to give your guests a great night.  However, we are always delighted to take an MC role by making necessary announcements throughout the celebrations.
